%X Any flat geoodular space can be treated as an affine space and vice versa.A purely algebraic proof of the fact is presented here. It gives us a new axiomatics of affine spaces. Moreover, such an approach permits us to consider affine spaces over arbitrary rings and to regard an affine space as a universal algebra
