%X Cet article pr¨¦sente la m¨¦thodologie suivie en vue d¡¯¨¦laborer un ¡®interlexique¡¯ anglais-espagnol-fran£¿ais-italien-portugais des termes fr¨¦quents de la sant¨¦. Cet interlexique fait partie d¡¯un dispositif didactique plurilingue fond¨¦ sur le principe de ¡®comprendre sans devoir apprendre¡¯ et destin¨¦ ¨¤ des professionnels de la sant¨¦ qui ont pour L2 l¡¯anglais et pr¨¦parent un s¨¦jour d¡¯¨¦tude dans un pays romanophone. Il est pr¨¦cis¨¦ comment ont ¨¦t¨¦ d¨¦termin¨¦s 1) les 2000 termes les plus fr¨¦quents du corpus scientifique anglais de ScienText 2) leurs acceptions les plus fr¨¦quentes dans le corpus 3) leurs ¨¦quivalents de traduction en espagnol, fran£¿ais, italien et portugais 4) les termes analogues dans les cinq langues. This article describes the methodology applied as to design an English-Spanish-French-Italian-Portuguese ¡®interlexicon ¡® of the most frequent healthcare terms. This interlexicon is intended as part of a plurilingual learning device relying on £¿understanding a language without having to learn it£¿ and aimed at healthcare professionals having English as their L2 and planning to study in a Romance-speaking country. The article explains how were determined 1) the 2000 most frequent terms of the English scientific ScienText corpus 2) their most frequent meanings in the corpus 3) their translations into Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese 4) the terms which are analogue in the 5 languages. In quest¡¯articolo, si descrive la metodologia utilizzata per elaborare un ¡®interlessico¡¯ inglese-italiano-spagnolo-portoghese dei termini frequenti della salute. Quest¡¯interlessico fa parte d¡¯un dispositivo didattico plurilingue fondato sul principio ¡®capire senza dover imparare¡¯ e destinato a professionisti della sanit¨¤ che hanno per L2 l¡¯inglese e intendono fare un soggiorno di studio in un paese romanofono. Si precisa come sono determinati 1) i 2000 termini pi¨´ frequenti del corpus scientifico inglese ScienText 2) le loro accezioni pi¨´ frequenti del corpus 3) i loro equivalenti di traduzione in spagnolo, francese, italiano e portoghese 4) i termini analoghi nelle cinque lingue
