%X Haruki Murakami is the most famous Japanese writer worldwide nowadays, with many of his work translated to different languages. His style, which varies from fantasy to reality, has captivated millions of readers as well as generated controversy. However, Murakami is more than what meets the eye, and his work developed during the XXI century, is charged with unique characteristics from the classic Japanese literature. Missing wives, cats and crows, become tools that hide surprises and represent a key to discover the author¡¯s literary technique and his perspective of the world
