%K Virtual enterprises in the Republic of Yemen face many obstacles that affect their economic productivity. These enterprises can bridge the wide gap between the economics of developing and developed countries. As such
%K this study aimed at investigating the obstacles that face the process of setting up virtual enterprises in the Republic of Yemen. The research focused on the definition of virtual enterprise and other related terms such as E-Commerce and E-Business. The research adopted the qualitative method through the intensive one to one interviews with the targeted study community which is the enterprise of Matjar Warazan (www.warazan.com). The researcher has gathered related data through interviewing staff and customers of the enterprise and browsing the website of the enterprise on the internet to form a clear picture and examine the current situation of the enterprise.
