%0 Journal Article %T The Clinical Significance and Diagnostic Value of Echogenic Intracavitary Foci in Fetal Heart %J - %D 2018 %X This paper aims at investigating the clinical significance and diagnostic value of fetal echocardiography in the detection of echogenic intracavitary foci (EIF). Then, it analyzed the ultrasonic features of the intensive echocardiography from June 2016 to June 2017, which were found in 535 mid-term (20-26 weeks) fetuses, and performed the echocardiographic follow-up during the third trimester and after birth. As a result, in 535 fetuses, 502 cases of late pregnancy (35~40 weeks) showed that the echo in the intracardiac hyperechogenic focus declined or disappeared. The intracardiac echo foci still existed in 33 cases after birth, which disappeared in 3~6 months. Finally, it is concluded that fetal intracerebral echogenic lesions are mostly transient ultrasonography with favorable prognosis %K Clinical Significance %K Diagnostic Value %K Echogenic Intracavitary Foci (EFI) %K Fetal Heart %U http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/paperinfo?journalid=151&doi=10.11648/j.cmr.20180702.11
