First explain the basic principles of economics, the protection of intellectual property rights because of unpaid occupy, market failure, adverse selection, non-standard market, more in need of protection of intellectual property rights; Through services innovation SSII index analysis of the importance of the protection of intellectual property rights to ensure the innovation investment returns; Finally come to the conclusion that the service innovation of intellectual property protection is becoming more and more important.
