Gene, identity and labor contracts, as important factors influencing the right to work as well as important standards to judge whether equal value lies in the right to work, influence the definition of the labor main body and the interpretation of the concept of labor. By connecting the equality of the start, the process and the result of the right to work, these factors lie throughout the whole process of obtaining the right to work.
