We report a case of abdominal pregnancy, delivered by laparotomy with a live newborn. This is a 31-year-old woman with 34 weeks and 2 days of amenorrhea whose ultrasound showed an abdominal pregnancy. Laparotomy extracted a newborn female weighing 3000 grams with APGAR at birth rated at 7/10 at one minute. The postoperatives were simple. The patient was discharged on the 14th postoperative day on 20 mg methrotrexate injection once a week for four weeks. %K Abdominal Pregnancy %K Laparotomy %K Live Newborn %K Central African Republic %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=107802
