高校教师是高校发展的核心力量,是高校长远发展的重要载体,新进教师则是高校教育长远的新生力量和继代传承,对高校未来发展影响不可忽视。新进教师的岗前教育培训与高校未来发展受到我国以及世界各国高校的关注与重视。而高校入职培训因存在课程形式单一,部分内容浅显、针对性较弱、新教师培训积极性不高以及教师角色转换缓慢等问题,是新进教师培训效果不佳最重要因素。针对这一问题,本文从培训课程内容设计与新教师的角度逐一分析问题的原因,并提出几点建议,为提高高校新教师入职培训的质量,促进高校师资力量的创新与发展提供思路。
University teachers are the core force of university development, and it’s an important carrier for the long-term development of colleges and universities. New teachers are the long-term new force and inheritance of college education. The impact on the future development of universities cannot be ignored. The induction training of new teachers and the future development of universities have attracted the attention and attention of universities in my country and all over the world. However, due to the situation of the epidemic situation in colleges and universities’ induction training, there are problems such as a single course format; some of the content is simple, weakly targeted, low enthusiasm for new teacher training, and the slow transition of teacher roles have the most im-portant factor for the poor effectiveness of new teacher training. In response to this problem, this article analyzes the causes of the problems one by one from the perspective of the content design of training courses and new teachers, and puts forward several suggestions. It provides ideas for improving the quality of induction training for new teachers in universities and promoting the innovation and development of university teachers.
