In order to improve the deficiency of the axle strength calculation method based on The European standard, the finite element mesh-assisted technology and the basic theory of material mechanics were adopted to calculate the axle’s global stress and degree of material utilization through pro-gramming, and the visualized results were presented in the form of line graph and cloud map.
