为制备适用于桥面铺装防水粘结层的沥青胶结材料,本文采用脱硫胶粉和SBS改性剂作为改性材料开展了复合改性沥青的制备与性能研究。试验中采用全因子试验方法,并以70#基质沥青,SBS改性沥青,单掺12%、15%、18%的脱硫胶粉改性沥青作为对照组进行对比分析。利用针入度试验、延度试验、软化点试验、布氏黏度试验、动态剪切流变试验(DSR)评价复合改性沥青的高温性能、低温性能、疲劳性能。结果表明,复合改性沥青的高温稳定性、低温性能、抗疲劳性能与70#基质沥青、SBS改性沥青、单掺脱硫胶粉改性沥青相比都得到了一定的改善,并且经改性后,其感温性降低。通过综合性对比分析发现,脱硫胶粉掺量18%、SBS掺量3%的复合改性沥青的性能最优。
In order to design a type of modified bitumen suitable for waterproof bonding layer, this paper employed base bitumen and incorporated different dosages of desulfurized rubber powder and SBS additive to prepare composite modified bitumen. The penetration test, ductility test, softening point test, Brookfield viscosity test, and dynamic shear rheology test (DSR) were used to evaluate the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and fatigue performance of the composite modified bitumen. The results show that the high-temperature stability, low-temperature performance, and fatigue resistance of the composite modified bitumen were improved to a certain extent compared with the base bitumen and commercial SBS modified bitumen. Based on systematic analysis, the composite modified bitumen with 18% devulcanized rubber powder and 3% SBS additive obtained the best performance.
