	<span style=\"font-size:14px;line-height:1.5;\">本文以翻译目的论为理论指导，对比研究英汉新闻标题的特点，发现它们存在一些共同点和不同点。据此，本文从目的论的“三原则”，即目的原则、连贯原则、忠实原则，分析《中国日报》公众号上的汉英新闻标题，发现新闻标题的英译必须忠实于汉语的新闻内容，译文要做到用词简洁和表达准确，才能方便外国读者快速理解新闻主旨。<br />
Based on Skopos Theory, this paper makes a comparative study of the features of English and Chinese news headlines and finds that they have similarities and differences. This paper analyzes Chinese and English news headlines from the Wechat account of China Daily from the three principles of Skopos Theory, namely, the skopos rule, coherence rule and fidelity rule. It is found that the translation of news headlines must be faithful to the news content in Chinese with concise words and accurate expressions, so foreign readers can understand the gist of the news immediately.</span>
