%X 文章介绍了目前最新的干线公路交通节能减排设计理论和技术方法，从建设施工期角度对公路节能减排技术体系展开阐述，介绍了处于科技前沿的技术在公路节能减排中的应用，构建了公路建设节能减排技术体系，为绿色公路的评价提供了一定的技术支撑。<br />
This paper introduces the latest design theory and technical method of energy conservation and emission reduction of trunk highway traffic, expounds the technology system of energy conserva-tion and emission reduction of highway from the perspective of construction period, introduces the application of technology at the forefront of science and technology in highway energy conservation and emission reduction, and constructs the technology system of energy conservation and emission reduction of highway construction, which provides certain technical support for the evaluation of green highway.
