Determination of Polysaccharides in Pseudostellaria heterophylla at Different Growth Stages %A 贺肇东 %A 蒋畅 %A 徐蔚 %A 胡娟 %J Hans Journal of Medicinal Chemistry %P 1-7 %@ 2331-8295 %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJMCe.2021.91001 %X 目的:研究太子参育种期和成熟期的多糖含量差异,考察其与太子参生长周期的关联性。方法:样品粉碎后乙醇脱脂除杂后纯水回流,用苯酚–硫酸比色法于486 nm波长处测定其吸光度并根据标准曲线计算含量。结果:不同生长期太子参多糖具有差异性,其中育种期多糖的含量较高。结论:太子参培育过程中筛选保留的种参内所含多糖含量较高,其可能是为萌芽所储存的能量物质,为种参的选择提供了参考。
Objective: To study the difference of polysaccharide content between breeding stage and mature stage of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, and to investigate its correlation with the growth cycle of Pseudostellaria heterophylla. Methods: The sample was smashed, defatted with ethanol, and then refluxed with pure water. The absorbance was determined at 486 nm by phenol and sulfuric acid colorimetry, and the content was calculated according to the standard curve. Results: The polysac-charides in different growth stages were different, and the content of polysaccharides in breeding stage was higher. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharides in the seeds of Pseudostellaria heter-ophylla is higher, which may be the energy material stored for germination, which provides a ref-erence for the selection of Pseudostellaria heterophylla. %K 太子参,生长周期,多糖,含量测定
