%X 表扬对于幼儿的成长具有促进作用,被广泛地应用在幼儿园教学中。幼儿教师应加强重视力度,合理进行创新,从而提高教师表扬行为的有效性。本研究分析了幼儿教师表扬行为存在的问题,再根据实际问题尝试提出针对性的策略和建议,进一步促进幼儿身心健康发展。
Praise has a promoting effect on children’s growth and is widely used in kindergarten teaching. In order to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ praise behavior, preschool teachers should pay more attention to it and make innovations reasonably. This study analyzed the problems existing in preschool teachers’ praise behavior, and then tried to put forward targeted strategies and suggestions according to the actual problems, so as to further promote the development of children’s physical and mental health.
