%X Realizing individuals¡¯ all-round development is the fundamental value goal pursued by Marxism. There is an internal unity between labor and individuals¡¯ all-round development. Productive labor can promote the overall development of individuals¡¯ mental and physical strength, and attractive labor with the characteristics of autonomy, innovation and seriousness can promote the development of human-being¡¯s free individuality. It needs certain conditions for labor to promote individuals¡¯ all-round development. As far as labor practice itself is concerned, happy labor, scientific labor, efficient labor and cooperative labor are the necessary conditions for labor to promote individuals¡¯ all-round development.
