沥青路面的施工质量控制对智能化监控系统的需求越来越强烈,而传统的施工监控系统存在诸多的局限性。因此,我们将其进行改进,将试验室的试验检测数据、过程中及后期检测数据进行整合,与现场智能管控功能对接,统一传送至云平台监控系统。通过大数据在云平台监控系统的汇总、统计分析及实时预警,来完成路面质量全过程动态监控,达到保证工程项目建设质量的目的。
The construction quality of asphalt pavement has an increasingly strong demand for intelligent monitoring systems, but traditional construction monitoring systems has many limitations. Therefore, we improve it by integrating the test and detection data of the laboratory, in-process and post-test data, docking with the on-site intelligent control function, and sending it to the monitoring system of the cloud platform. Through the summary, statistical analysis and real-time warning of the monitoring system of big data on the cloud platform, the whole process of dynamic monitoring of road quality can be completed to ensure the quality of project construction.
