As the change of international environment, the International Oil and Gas Companies (IOCs) require fine management on international projects. China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (Abbr. CPP) implements key project process standardization work in order to promote the international project management. This article draws lessons from international advanced project management knowledge system to realize the total project life cycle management of standardization which includes combing different categories of the project from end-to-end process, standardizing the project management method, summarizing the applicable international internal standardization of EPC contracting project management methods, so as to create adapted to the different professional workflow and form templates. %K 标准化,权限指引,全景图,执行路线图
