%X 在目前管道行业竞争激烈的国内外市场环境下，为了追求企业的生存与发展，必须获得项目管理的成功。那么，如何理解项目是否取得成功呢？项目的不同干系人对项目成功的理解是不同的。本文从PMI (Project Management Institute)项目管理的角度去探讨项目管理成功的因素，即在一定期限和预算的成本内，完成项目规定的规格和性能，并最终被客户满意接收的产品、服务或成果，这些因素也是项目成功的必要条件。<br />
In the current domestic and foreign market environment with fierce competition in the pipeline industry, the success of project management must be achieved in order to pursue the survival and development of enterprises. However how do you understand the success of the project? Different stakeholders have different understandings. From the perspective of the PMI project management, this article attempts to explore the factors of successful project management: that is, within a fixed time and budget, to meet the project specifications and requirements, and provide qualified products, services, or achievements accepted by clients. These factors are also the necessary conditions for the success of the project.
