	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：探讨基于内关概念认知下的康复护理对冠心病伴广泛性焦虑症患者的影响。方法：从2018年5月到2020年5月时间段选取我院96例冠心病伴广泛性焦虑症患者作为研究对象，将其采用单双号抽签的方式分组实施研究，抽取单号及双号的患者分别纳入对照组与观察组，前者给予常规康复护理措施，后者基于内关概念认知下实施康复护理，对比两组患者的焦虑情绪改善情况、睡眠质量改善情况及心血管不良事件发生率。结果：干预前后两组患者HAMA及PSQI评分可见明显差异，均呈下降趋势，且观察组下降幅度更大(P &lt; 0.05)；观察组发生心血管不良事件2例(4.17%)，对照组发生心血管不良事件10例(20.83%)，组间对比差异显著(P &lt; 0.05)。结论：针对冠心病伴广泛性焦虑症患者，基于内关概念认知下的康复护理可缓解患者焦虑情绪，使其睡眠质量得以提升，减少心血管不良事件的发生发生率。</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><br />
Objective: To explore the impact of
rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of Neiguan on patients with
coronary heart disease and generalized anxiety disorder. Methods: From May 2018
to May 2020, 96 patients with coronary heart disease and generalized anxiety disorder
in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided
into groups using odd and even numbers to conduct the study, and single and
double numbers were selected. The patients were included in the control group
and the observation group. The former was given conventional rehabilitation
care measures, and the latter was implemented rehabilitation care based on the
concept of Neiguan. The improvement of anxiety, the improvement of sleep
quality and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events of the two groups
were compared. Results: The HAMA and PSQI scores of the two groups of patients
were significantly different before and after the intervention, and both showed
a downward trend, and the decline in the observation group was even greater (P &lt; 0.05); adverse cardiovascular events occurred in 2 cases (4.17%) in the observation group, and cardiac events occurred in the control group. There were 10 cases of vascular adverse events (20.83%), and the difference between the groups was significant (P &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with coronary heart disease and generalized anxiety disorder, rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of Neiguan can relieve patients’ anxiety, improve their sleep quality, and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.</span>
