	<span style=\"font-size:14px;line-height:1.5;\">施工许可的办理是工程建设项目中不可或缺的部分，本文基于沙特某管道建设项目，介绍了该项目执行过程中所涉及到的阿美施工许可和非阿美施工许可的特点及其办理流程，介绍了许可办理过程中遇到的问题和应对措施，并以沙特某项目定向钻施工为具体案例，阐述许可办理步骤，为后续项目的运行提供借鉴。<br />
This paper, based on one project from Saudi Aramco, introduces the work permit system, which is a mandatory and preliminary step for commencing the construction, for Saudi Aramco Project as well as the process to apply the necessary permits belonging to Saudi Aramco and other departments, such as Saudi Electricity Company, etc. It also points out some problems that shall be put more attention to during the construction process.</span>
