%X 文章以浙江省为例，从技术创新投入和技术创新产出两个方面来反映地区的技术创新能力，其中选用R &amp; D经费支出占地区生产总值比例变量代表地区技术创新投入能力，专利申请量变量代表技术创新产出能力，选用人均地区生产总值来代表经济发展，最后构建技术创新能力和经济发展指标的向量自回归(VAR)模型，揭示技术创新能力和经济发展之间的动态关系和作用机理。<br />
Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper reflects the regional technological innovation ability from two aspects of technological innovation input and technological innovation output, in which the proportion of R &amp; D expenditure to GDP is selected to represent the regional technological innovation input ability, the patent application quantity is selected to represent the technological innovation output ability, and the per capita GDP is selected to represent the economic development. Finally, building the VAR model of technological innovation ability and economic development index reveals the dynamic relationship and mechanism between technological innovation ability and economic development.
