%X 领导风格是中外研究者都十分关注的话题，我国领导风格研究起步虽晚，但积累了诸多有益的研究成果，并初步形成了本土特色。本文以CNKI中2009~2018年所刊的关于领导风格研究的文献作为数据来源，利用CiteSpace可视化软件对国内领导风格研究进行文献计量学分析，呈现出我国领导风格研究的动态趋势和议题分布。结果显示，领导风格研究集中于管理学、心理学、经济学等领域；研究人员和机构集中在高校；领导风格研究议题主要体现在领导风格理论探讨、领导风格本土化研究和领导风格实证研究三个方面，研究热点除变革型、家长式领导和领导成员交换外，“谦卑型领导”“包容型领导”等新兴领导风格研究也逐渐受到广泛关注。<br />
Leadership style is a topic of great interest to both Chinese and foreign researchers. Although China’s leadership style research started late, it has accumulated many useful research results and has initially formed local characteristics. This paper uses the literature on leadership style research published in CNKI from 2009~2018 as a data source and conducts bibliometric analysis of domestic leadership style research using CiteSpace visualization software to present the dynamic trends and topic distribution of leadership style research in China. The results show that leadership style research is concentrated in the fields of management, psychology, and economics; researchers and institutions are concentrated in universities; leadership style research topics are mainly reflected in three aspects: theoretical exploration of leadership style, localized research of leadership style, and empirical research of leadership style, and research hotspots are “humble leadership” in addition to transformational, paternalistic leadership and leadership member exchange In addition to transformational leadership, paternalistic leadership and leadership member exchange, emerging leadership styles such as “humble leadership” and “inclusive leadership” have also received extensive attention.
