%X 互联网金融整顿后，面临如何监管问题。互联网金融的普惠性和以人为本与传统金融具有差异性，传统金融监管就会出现不适应性，而易经可以契合互联网金融特点，以易经六爻模型为基础构造了六爻模型的隶属度函数，把专家问卷式访谈应用于隶属度函数，根据隶属度函数分析了股权类、债券类互联网金融主要处的阶段，根据互联网金融主要处的阶段的最大实际提出监管建议。<br />
How to supervise the Internet finance after the reorganization? It is found that the life, the peo-ple-oriented and the ambiguity of Internet finance have a match with the 1 Ching. On the basis of the six-yao model of the 1 Ching, the membership function of the six-yao model is constructed, and the questionnaire type expert interview is applied to the membership function. According to the membership function, this paper analyzes the main stages of Internet finance such as equity and bonds, and puts forward supervision suggestions according to the maximum reality of the main stages of Internet finance.
