Taking the COVID-19 epidemic as an example, this paper discusses the causes of the chaos in the medical supplies market and countermeasures. By studying the chaos in the medical supplies market during the COVID-19 epidemic, we can maintain the stability of medical supplies prices and enhance the public’s confidence in the medical supplies market, which also lays the foundation for the long-term stability of the country.
