%X 摘要： 本文综述了我国麻醉护理的发展现状，其教育培训、资格认证、岗位设置均尚未形成规范统一的体系，有待进一步发展与提高。借鉴发达国家成熟的麻醉护理发展的经验，展望我国麻醉专科护士未来发展的趋势，为规范和完善我国麻醉护理工作提供依据
