%0 Journal Article %T 轮胎花纹排气场气体的流动性分析 %A 徐方鑫 %A 胡海明 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.11.0858 %X 基于流体动力学理论建立轮胎不同形状花纹的排气场数学模型,采用流场分析软件Fluent研究胎坯二次定型过程中花纹排气场气体的流动性。结果表明:对于矩形花纹设置两个气孔能使气体更好分流,减少气体与型腔壁面的碰撞;气孔直径为3 mm时出口气体速度趋于平稳,型腔内部压力相对恒定;调整多边形花纹排气气孔数量,并在花纹转角处设置1个气孔,可提高气孔排气性能;从气孔进口到出口湍流强度逐渐递增,在壁面达到峰值。;Based on the theory of fluid dynamics,a mathematical model of the tire’s different shape pattern vent field was established.The flow analysis software Fluent was used to study the gas fluidity of the pattern vent field during the second shaping process of the green tire.The results showed that when two vents were set for rectangular pattern,the gas could be better shunted,and the collision between the gas and cavity wall could be reduced.When the vent diameter was 3 mm,the outlet gas velocity tended to be stable,and the internal pressure of the cavity was relatively constant.Adjusting the number of the vents in polygonal pattern and setting one vent at the corner of the pattern could improve the vent performance.The turbulence intensity from the inlet to the outlet of the vent was gradually increased,and the peak was reached at the surface of the wall %K [轮胎花纹 %K 排气场 %K 流动性 %K 流体动力学 %K 气孔 %K 气体速度 %K 轮胎花纹 %K 排气场 %K 流动性 %K 流体动力学 %K 气孔 %K 气体速度 %K tire pattern %K vent field %K fluidity %K fluid dynamics %K vent %K gas velocity] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ2019-0132&flag=1
