%0 Journal Article %T 预处理棉短纤维/EPDM复合材料的性能研究 %A 周彦豪 %A 岑兰 %A 廖俊杰 %A 李福强 %A 陈福林 %J - %D 2009 %X 采用一种含醚键和羟基等多官能团氟硅化合物(加工助剂M)和一种脂肪酸酯磺酸盐化合物(分散剂FJ)分别预处理废旧棉短纤维(SCF),并研究预处理SCF对SCF/EPDM复合材料的硫化特性和物理性能的影响。结果表明,适量的加工助剂M或分散剂FJ均可改善SCF在EPDM中的分散性,而对胶料的硫化特性影响不大;加工助剂M能增强SCF与EPDM的界面粘合,从而提高复合材料的撕裂强度和拉断伸长率。;The waste short cotton fibers(SCF) were pretreated with a multi-functional fluorinated silicone compound containing ether bond and hydroxyl group(processing aid M) and a fatty acid sulfonate multi-component mixture(disperser FJ) respectively,and the effects of pretreated SCF on the curing behavior and physical properties of SCF/EPDM composites were investigated.The results showed that the dispersion of SCF in EPDM was improved by adding proper amount of processing aid M or disperser FJ,but this had little effect on the curing behavior;the tear strength and elongation at break of the composites were increased by adding processing aid M through improvement of the boundary adhesion %K [棉短纤维 %K 预处理 %K EPDM %K 复合材料 %K 分散性 %K 棉短纤维 %K 预处理 %K EPDM %K 复合材料 %K 分散性 %K short cotton fibers %K pretreatment %K EPDM %K composite %K dispersion] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20091204&flag=1
