%0 Journal Article %T 胶料热物性对微波加热硫化温度场的影响 %A 张伟 %A 李庆领 %A 李涛 %A 梁云 %A 陈海龙 %J - %D 2017 %X 采用NanoflashTM闪光导热分析仪和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对异戊橡胶在硫化过程中的热物性参数进行了测量,得出了异戊橡胶的导热系数和比热随温度的变化规律。同时采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对异戊橡胶进行了三维建模,对异戊橡胶的微波加热硫化过程进行了数值模拟,得到了异戊橡胶导热系数和比热恒定、导热系数和比热随温度变化等四种情况下胶料内部的焦耳热密度分布和温度分布。分析了胶料的热物性随温度的变化对异戊橡胶微波加热硫化温度场的影响。;The thermal-physical Properties of isoprene rubber are measured by using Flash heat conductivity analyzer and differential scanning calorimeter in the curing process, the rule of isoprene rubbers thermal conductivity and specific heat changing with temperature is achieved. The three-dimensional model of isoprene rubber is created and the curing process with microwave heating is simulated by using finite element analysis software, the joule heat density distribution and temperature distribution of rubber are achieved in four cases.
