%0 Journal Article %T 改性纳米氮化硅/NR/SBR复合材料的制备与性能研究 %A 严江威 %A 夏迎松 %A 张海潮 %A 张苏 %A 李明华 %A 章于川 %J - %D 2009 %X 采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)三元共聚物对纳米氮化硅进行表面改性,制备改性纳米氮化硅/NR/SBR复合材料,并对复合材料的性能进行研究。结果表明,采用MMA-BA-VTES三元共聚物改性后,纳米氮化硅的平均粒径明显减小,分散性改善;当改性纳米氮化硅用量为2.5份时,复合材料的综合物理性能最优。;The nano-silicon nitride was modified by methylmethacrylate(MMA)-butylacrylate(BA)-vinyltriethoxysilane(VTES) terpolymer,the modified nano-silicon nitride/NR/SBR composite was prepared,and the properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that,the average particle size of nano-silicon nitride modified by MMA-BA-VTES terpolymer decreased significantly,and the dispersibility was improved;the best comprehensive physical properties of the composite were obtained by adding 2.5 phr modified nano-silicon nitride %K [纳米氮化硅 %K 表面改性 %K NR %K SBR %K 复合材料 %K 纳米氮化硅 %K 表面改性 %K NR %K SBR %K 复合材料 %K nano-silicon nitride %K surface modification %K NR %K SBR %K composite] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20090805&flag=1
