%0 Journal Article %T 一步法熔体直纺高强度尼龙66工业丝工艺研究 %A 薛山 %A 谢巧丽 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.03.0221 %X 研究一步法熔体直纺高强度尼龙66工业丝工艺技术。通过改进聚合工艺,尼龙66聚合物纺丝相对粘度提高至83~85。优化纺丝工艺参数如下:纺丝箱温度 (300±1) ℃,侧吹风温度 15 ℃,侧吹风速度 0.9~1.1 m·s-1,上油率 (1.6±0.2)%,牵伸温度 190~195 ℃,牵伸比 5.85~5.95,制得的尼龙66工业丝断裂强度达到91.93 cN·tex-1。;The one step melt spinning process of high tenacity nylon 66 industry yarn was investigated. The relative viscosity of the nylon 66 polymer increased to 83~85 by stepwise upgrading of the polymerization section. The spinning process parameters optimized were as follows:spinning box temperature (300±1) ℃,quenching air temperature 15 ℃,quenching air speed 0.9~1.1 m·s-1,oil loading rate (1.6±0.2)%,draw temperature 190~195 ℃,and draw ratio 5.85~5.95.
