%0 Journal Article %T 新型水声透声橡胶材料的制备及性能研究 %A 王哲 %A 胡仕凯 %A 范进良 %A 谢晗 %A 赵秀英 %J - %D 2014 %X 以氯丁橡胶(CR)为透声材料的基体橡胶,研究顺丁橡胶(BR)/CR并用比对透声材料性能的影响。结果表明:与牌号为A-90的CR 相比,牌号为CR322的CR未出现结晶,在0~40 ℃范围内的储能模量稳定,更适于作为水声透声材料的基体。与BR并用后,CR/BR并用胶对应CR组分的玻璃化温度降低,在0~40 ℃范围内储能模量稳定,表现出较好的耐寒性能和低温度敏感性,但物理性能小幅降低;CR硫化胶和CR/BR并用胶透声材料均表现出优异的透声性能和水密性能。;The acoustic materials were prepared by using chloroprene rubber(CR) as the matrix, and the properties of butadiene rubbe (BR)/CR with different blend ratio were investigated.The results showed that,compared with CR A-90,CR322 showed no crystallinity and possessed steady storage modulus in the temperature range of 0~40 ℃,and thus was more suitable for the application.Compare to CR,the glass transition temperature of BR/CR blends decreased,their storage moduli were steady in the temperature range of 0~40 ℃,the cold resistance was better and the temperature sensitivity was low,while the physical properties dropped only slightly.The acoustic materials of CR and CR/BR blend showed excellent acoustic performance and water tightness %K [CR %K BR %K 并用胶 %K 透声 %K 温度敏感性 %K CR %K BR %K 并用胶 %K 透声 %K 温度敏感性 %K CR %K BR %K blend %K acoustics %K temperature sensibility] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20140301&flag=1
