%0 Journal Article %T 弓形座热力耦合有限元分析 %A 叶杨 %A 李新荣 %A 王芹 %A 胡海明 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.12.0936 %X 建立弓形座力学模型,利用Abaqus软件进行有限元分析。结果表明:弓形座材料、上盖闭滑板结构、弓形座角度均对弓形座受力状况产生影响。弓形座材料由QT450-10球墨铸铁改为40Cr合金调质钢时,弓形座最大等效应力变化不大,但竖直方向最大位移减小;上盖闭滑板由梯形改为扇形时,弓形座最大等效应力减小29%;弓形座角度由32°改为25°时,弓形座最大等效应力增大25%。;The mechanical model of slider was established,and the finite element analysis was carried out by Abaqus software.The results showed that the materials of the slider,the structures of the upper cover closing slide and the angles of the slider all affected the stress state of the slider.
