%0 Journal Article %T 湿法氧化锌对天然橡胶性能的影响 %A 李刚臣 %A 翟俊学 %A 翟晋葶 %A 肖建斌 %A 袁兆奎 %A 赵树高 %A 都昌泽 %J - %D 2020 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.08.0596 %X 研究湿法氧化锌FF和HR对天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响,并与普通氧化锌(间接法)对比。结果表明:与普通氧化锌相比,湿法氧化锌FF和HR的活化和补强作用显著,添加湿法氧化锌FF和HR会缩短NR胶料的焦烧时间和t90,增大Fmax;在氧化锌用量相同时,3种氧化锌的NR硫化胶的拉伸强度由大到小的顺序为湿法氧化锌FF、湿法氧化锌HR和普通氧化锌,定伸应力由大到小的顺序为湿法氧化锌HR、湿法氧化锌FF和普通氧化锌,拉断伸长率由大到小的顺序与定伸应力相反;添加普通氧化锌的NR胶料的Payne效应较弱;氧化锌用量增大时,3种氧化锌的NR硫化胶的储能模量增大,损耗因子减小。;The effects of wet zinc oxide FF and HR on the properties of natural rubber(NR)were investigated and compared with common zinc oxide(indirect method).The results showed that,compared with common zinc oxide,the activation and reinforcement of wet zinc oxide FF and HR were significant.The scorch time and t90 of NR compound were shorten and Fmax was improved by adding wet zinc oxide FF and HR.When the amount of zinc oxide was the same,the order of tensile strength of NR vulcanizates with three kinds of zinc oxide from high to low were wet zinc oxide FF,wet zinc oxide HR and common zinc oxide,the order of modulus at definite elongation from high to low were wet zinc oxide HR,wet zinc oxide FF and common zinc oxide,the order of elongation at break was opposite to modulus at definite elongation.The Payne effect of NR compound with common zinc oxide was weak,the storage modulus of NR vulcanizate with three kinds of zinc oxide increased and the loss factor decreased with the increase of zinc oxide content %K [湿法氧化锌 %K 天然橡胶 %K 硫化特性 %K 物理性能 %K 动态力学性能 %K 湿法氧化锌 %K 天然橡胶 %K 硫化特性 %K 物理性能 %K 动态力学性能 %K wet zinc oxide %K NR %K vulcanization characteristic %K physical property %K dynamic mechanical property] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ2019-0307&flag=1
