%0 Journal Article %T 端基官能化溶聚丁苯橡胶及其复合材料的制备、结构与性能研究 %A 刘晓 %A 张兴英 %A 李小林 %A 白玉 %A 赵素合 %J - %D 2009 %X 采用阴离子聚合方法制备封端率为71%~76%的末端被烷氧基硅烷官能化的溶聚丁苯橡胶(A-SSBR),研究A-SSBR及白炭黑/A-SSBR复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明,在白炭黑用量相同的条件下,白炭黑/A-SSBR复合材料比白炭黑/SSBR复合材料具有更优异的填料分散性、物理性能、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力特性;其中A-SSBR与少量白炭黑经加热充分缩合后制备的白炭黑/A-SSBR复合材料各项性能最优。;The functionalized solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber having alkoxysilane group on chain-ends(A-SSBR) with end-functionalizing efficiency up to 71%~76% was prepared by anionic polymerization.The structures and properties of both A-SSBR and silica/A-SSBR composites were investigated.The results showed that,silica/A-SSBR composites exhibited better filler dispersion,physical properties,wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance than silica/SSBR composite based on the same silica content.In addition,the properties of the silica/A-SSBR composite prepared by the process of heating-condensation between silica and A-SSBR were at their best %K [溶聚丁苯橡胶 %K 白炭黑 %K 烷氧基硅烷 %K 端基官能化 %K 动态性能 %K 溶聚丁苯橡胶 %K 白炭黑 %K 烷氧基硅烷 %K 端基官能化 %K 动态性能 %K SSBR %K silica %K alkoxysilane %K end-functionalization %K dynamic properties] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20090601&flag=1
