The PreParation,Characterization of SO2 -4/ZrO 2-Nd 2 O 3 Solid Acid Catalyst and It’s APPlication in Synthesis of Butyl Lactate %A 刘沐为 %A 常婧婕 %A 徐景士 %J - %D 2014 %X 采用微波加热法制备了 SO2-4/ ZrO2-Nd2 O3固体酸催化剂,采用 XRD、热分析等方法对其进行了表征,并对其催化合成乳酸丁酯的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:与 SO2-4/ ZrO2催化剂相比,SO2-4/ ZrO2-Nd2 O3催化剂具有更高的催化活性;催化剂的重复使用性能和稳定性能良好。
The SO2 -4 / ZrO2-Nd2 O3 solid acid catalysts had been successfully synthesized by microwave method and characterized by XRD,DTA-TG. Synthesis of butyl lactate by the catalysts was studied. The experimental results showed that the catalytic activity of SO2 -4 / ZrO2-Nd2 O3 catalysts is higher than SO2 -4 / ZrO2 catalysts’.
