%X 采用效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5ODS2 C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),柱温为室温,流动为相甲醇-水-0.1 mol/L磷酸(45.0∶55.0∶0.2),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,建立了银黄口服液中黄岑苷的含量测定方法.在上述条件下,黄芩苷在0.002 72 μg?mL-1~0.05440 mg? mL-1(r=0.999 1)范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.07;,RSD=1.13;.该法简单、准确且快速,可作为银黄口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yinhuang Oral Solution.The HPLC analysis was carried out on a Kromasil 100-5 ODS2 C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)column with the temperature at the room temperture.The mobil phase was methanol-water-0.1 mol/L phosphoric acid(45.0:55.0:0.2),with flow rate of 1.0 mL?min,and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm for determination of baicalin.The linear range of baicalin was 0.002 72 μg?mL~0.054 40 mg?mL(r=0.999 1),the average recovery this method was 100.07%,and the RSD was 1.13%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of the Yinhuang Oral Solution and its content determination
