%X 利用双面金属包覆波导中超高阶导模对激光波长高度灵敏的特性,提出了一种基于光强差分信号的波长锁定方法,可有效地避免激光光强波动所带来的误差,使激光波长锁定稳定度进一步提高.该方法能实现皮米量级的激光波长锁定,且其制作工艺简单.
A wavelength locking method,which can avoid the errors resulted from the fluctuation of laser intensity and greatly enhance the stability of wavelength locking,is theoretically analyzed based on the differential signal of the light intensity and the high sensitivity of the ultrahigh-order mode responding to a slight variation of wavelength in the symmetrical metal-cladding waveguide.A pm wavelength locking is archived and the fabrication process of device is very simple
