%0 Journal Article %T 中国人群LncRNA-SNHG15基因与恶性肿瘤相关性的Meta分析 %A 颜廷斐 郑春喜 刘光震 王中军 王文环 郭辉 韩斌 宋军莹 田润华 %J - %D 2020 %R 10.13362/j.jpmed.202002016 %X 摘要 目的 探讨中国人群中LncRNA-SNHG15基因与恶性肿瘤相关性,并评估该基因的临床应用价值。 方法 检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Springer Link、中国知网、万方等数据库中LncRNA-SNHG15与肿瘤诊断、预后等相关的文献,根据排除与纳入标准,提取符合要求文献的数据;采用Stata 12.0软件进行统计学分析,设立风险比(HR),分析LncRNA-SNHG15与多种癌症的相关性及相关程度。 结果 最终有7篇文献纳入统计,涉及乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、胃癌、肝癌和非小细胞肺癌等6种肿瘤类型共540例患者,对提取的数据进行分析显示,肿瘤患者体内LncRNA-SNHG15表达增高且伴有淋巴结转移(HR=1.80,95%CI=1.47~2.22,P<0.01);LncRNA-SNHG15表达增高患者生存率下降,预后不良(HR=1.89,95%CI=1.09~2.69,P<0.01);LncRNA-SNHG15表达持续增高患者,病情进行性恶化(HR=1.76,95%CI=1.46~2.12,P<0.01)。 结论 LncRNA-SNHG15在乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、胃癌、肝癌和非小细胞肺癌中国人群患者体内表达水平增高,有必要进一步研究明确其与中国人群肿瘤发生、发展的相关性和临床应用价值。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the association between the LncRNA-SNHG15 gene and malignant tumors in the Chinese population, and to evaluate the clinical value of this gene. Methods The databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Springer Link, CNKI, and Wanfang Data were searched for articles on the role of LncRNA-SNHG15 in tumor diagnosis and prognosis, and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, related data were collected from qualified articles. Stata 12.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and hazard ratio (HR) was established to analyze the correlation between LncRNA-SNHG15 and various cancers and the degree of correlation. Results A total of 7 articles were included in the statistical analysis, which involved 540 patients and 6 types of tumor including breast cancer, thyroid cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. The analysis of the extracted data showed that tumor patients had an increase in the expression of LncRNA-SNHG15 and lymph node metastasis (HR=1.80,95%CI=1.47-2.22,P<0.01). The patients with increased expression of LncRNA-SNHG15 had a reduction in survival rate and poor prognosis (HR=1.89,95%CI=1.09-2.69,P<0.01). Progressive deterioration was observed in patients with a continuous increase in LncRNA-SNHG15 expression (HR=1.76,95%CI=1.46-2.12,P<0.01). Conclusion LncRNA-SNHG15 is highly expressed in Chinese patients with breast cancer, thyroid cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer, so it is necessary to further clarify its association with tumor development and progression and its clinical value in the Chinese population %K LncRNA-SNHG15基因 %K RNA %K 长链非编码 %K 肿瘤 %K Meta分析 %K 中国
