%X 摘要 组学大数据在精准医学中扮演着重要的角色。学习更好地使用这些资源将在很大程度上促进临床实践和临床研究的发展;然而组学大数据的数据量庞大,且具有分散性、复杂性等特点,对大部分从事临床及科学研究的人员来说如何使用组学大数据是一种挑战。本文重点介绍一些组学方面的重要资源及其使用指南,就组学大数据在精准医学中的地位及应用进行阐述。
Abstract:Omics data plays an important role in precision medicine. Learning to make better use of these resources will greatly promote the development of clinical practice and research; however, omics data is huge in amount, with the characteristics of dispersion and complexity, which is a challenge for most people engaged in clinical and basic research. This article mainly introduces some important resources and user guides for omics, and elaborates on the roles and applications of omics data in precision medicine
