The measure tool was a researcher produced questionnaire that its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha (¦Á= 0.9 ).data was Analyzed with statistical software spss and t-test , Results showed significant differences is between value engineering situation in government and private schools. private schools were better than governmental schools, in Average " information step", "function analysis step", "creative step "& " development.
