%X 煤炭大量消费是造成大气环境污染主要原因之一,上海市2004年一次能源消费总量已达到7.24×10<sup>7</sup> t标准煤.指出提高上海市大气环境质量、控制污染物排放的方法是加快调整能源结构、提高清洁能源天然气的使用比重,以及控制燃煤总量和采取相应的技术措施.;Much coal consumption is one of main factors resulting in atmospheric environmental pollution.In Shanghai, the total consumption of primary energy was up to 7.24×10<sup>7</sup> tons of standard coal in 2004.Four measures could be taken to improve the Shanghai environmental quality and control the pollutant emission： regulating energy structure, improving the proportion of clean energy (natural gas) used, controlling coal consumption and adopting corresponding technology
