%X IEC 608705104作为IEC 608705101的网络访问,因颁布时间较短及采用网络编程,各厂家、用户对规约的理解不深,实际应用并不多.结合浙江衢州电力局的具体实践,介绍了IEC 608705104标准中的基本概念,阐述了应用时应注意的几个问题.;Owing to the fact that it hasn't been long since it was issued and because it adopts network programming, IEC-60870-5-104, as the access to netwoks of IEC 60870-5-101 neither producers nor users have deep understanding of it, and its actual practical applications are few.Based on the concrete practice of the Bureau of Electric Power of Quzhou of Zhejiang, this paper introduces some basic concepts of 60870-5-104 standard, explaining some problems in real application
