%X 在当前电力企业深化改革的进程中,电力多种经营企业的改革去向成为热点问题.通过对电力多种经营企业现状的分析,提出电力多种经营企业应建立产权多元化的现代企业制度,走独立发展之路,进一步提升企业核心竞争力,妥善解决历史遗留问题,在市场竞争中实现健康持续发展.;As the reform of electric enterprises goes farther, people are getting more concerned with where the electric multi-industry enterprises should go.Through analyzing the present situation,the author gives the problems which electric multi-industry enterprises are facing.He suggests that the electric multi-industry enterprises should be independent and set up their own multi-propertied systems,trying to solve the remaining problems and improve their core competitive ability,so that they can sustain the healthy development in the competitive market
