%0 Journal Article %T 甲基丙烯酸铈的制备及其补强天然橡胶性能研究 %A 李梅 %A 柳召刚 %A 王博 %A 王觅堂 %A 胡艳宏 %A 郝伟 %J - %D 2016 %X 制备甲基丙烯酸铈[Ce(MAA)3],并对其补强天然橡胶(NR)性能进行研究。结果表明:Ce(MAA)3的粒径为20 μm左右;硫化后,胶料中Ce(MAA)3的粒径明显减小,分散效果较好,与橡胶的相界面作用增强;在一定范围内,随着Ce(MAA)3用量增大,Ce(MAA)3补强NR硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度增大,Ce(MAA)3用量为40份时,其补强效果较好。;In this study,cerium methacrylate[Ce(MAA)3] was prepared,and the properties of Ce(MAA)3 reinforced NR were investigated.The results showed that,the particle size of Ce(MAA)3 was about 20 μm and it decreased significantly after curing.
