%0 Journal Article %T 氮掺杂石墨烯/白炭黑/溶聚丁苯橡胶复合材料的制备与性能研究 %A 刘力 %A 李亚思 %A 温世鹏 %A 许宗超 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.01.0013 %X 以尿素和氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料,通过直接研磨负载和在氮气保护气氛下煅烧的方法制备出氮掺杂石墨烯[石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)/还原GO(rGO)],通过机械共混制备g-C3N4/rGO/白炭黑/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:g-C3N4/rGO与白炭黑两种填料在橡胶基体中能够实现相互分散;g-C3N4/rGO等量部分替代白炭黑可以改善复合材料的物理性能和动态力学性能,在g-C3N4/rGO用量为5份时,复合材料的综合物理性能最佳,压缩生热和滚动阻力最低。;Using urea and graphene oxide(GO) as raw material,nitrogen-doped graphene(g-C3N4/rGO) was prepared by direct grinding and calcining under nitrogen atmosphere,then the g-C3N4/rGO/silica/soluble polystyrene butadiene rubber(SSBR) composites were prepared by mechanical blending and their properties were studied. The results showed that g-C3N4/rGO and silica could achieve good dispersion in rubber matrix,and when part of silica was replaced by equal weight of g-C3N4/rGO, the physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were improved.
