%0 Journal Article %T 无卤复配阻燃剂在天然橡胶胶料中的应用 %A 孙东立 %A 林润雄 %A 白鹏翔 %A 程庆魁 %A 闫闯 %J - %D 2020 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.03.0200 %X 采用铝酸酯偶联剂对氢氧化镁进行表面改性,并将改性氢氧化镁分别与氢氧化铝、三氧化二锑以及磷系、氮系、硅系阻燃剂等进行复配,研究无卤复配阻燃剂对天然橡胶(NR)胶料硫化特性、物理性能和燃烧性能的影响及其在NR硫化胶中的分散性。结果表明:与填充未改性氢氧化镁的NR胶料相比,填充改性氢氧化镁以及复配阻燃剂的NR胶料t10均明显延长,交联程度增大,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸度率提高;填充改性氢氧化镁/聚磷酸铵/三聚氰胺复配阻燃剂的NR硫化胶阻燃性能最好,填充氢氧化镁和改性氢氧化镁的NR硫化胶阻燃性能较差;改性氢氧化镁/聚磷酸铵/三聚氰胺复配阻燃剂在NR硫化胶中分散均匀。;Aluminate coupling agent was used to surface modify magnesium hydroxide,the modified magnesium hydroxide was composited with aluminum hydroxide and antimony trioxide and phosphorus-based,nitrogen-based and silicon-based flame retardants et al.The effect of halogen-free composite flame retardant on the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and combustion properties of NR compound and their dispersibility in NR vulcanizates was investigated.The results showed that,compared with NR compound filled with unmodified magnesium hydroxide,t10 of NR compound filled with modified magnesium hydroxide and the composite flame retardant were significantly longer,the crosslinking degree was increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizates were improved;the flame retardancy of NR vulcanizates filled with modified magnesium hydroxide/ammonium polyphosphate/melamine composite flame retardant was the best,and that of NR vulcanizates filled with magnesium hydroxide and modified magnesium hydroxide was poor;the dispersion of modified magnesium hydroxide/ammonium polyphosphate/melamine composite flame retardant in NR compound was more uniform %K [天然橡胶 %K 氢氧化镁 %K 铝酸酯偶联剂 %K 表面改性 %K 复配阻燃剂 %K 物理性能 %K 燃烧性能 %K 天然橡胶 %K 氢氧化镁 %K 铝酸酯偶联剂 %K 表面改性 %K 复配阻燃剂 %K 物理性能 %K 燃烧性能 %K aluminate coupling agent %K surface modification %K compound flame retardant %K mechanical properties %K combustion performance] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ2019-0071&flag=1
