%0 Journal Article %T 硫黄对天然胶乳膜结构与性能的影响 %A 井玉 %A 吴明生 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.06.0440 %X 采用凝固剂浸渍法制备天然胶乳硫化胶膜,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:天然胶乳预硫化程度随硫黄用量的增加而增大;胶膜硫化后的交联程度随硫黄用量的增加先增大后减小,在硫黄用量为1.25份时达到最大值;拉伸强度随硫黄用量的增加先增大后减小,在硫黄用量为1份时达到最大值,而拉断伸长率呈下降趋势;当硫黄用量为1份时达到最佳致密性。;The vulcanized natural rubber latex film was prepared by the coagulant dipping method, and its structure and properties were studied. The results showed that the degree of pre-vulcanization of natural rubber latex increased with the increase of the amount of sulfur. The crosslinked degree of vulcanizate increased firstly and then decreased as the content of sulfur increase, and reached the maximum value when the amount of sulfur is 1.25phr. The tensile strength increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of sulfur content, and reached the maximum value when the amount of sulfur is 1phr, and the elongation at break showed a downward trend.
