%0 Journal Article %T 生胶体系对胎侧支撑胶耐屈挠性能的影响 %A 刘华侨 %A 朱琳 %A 汪传生 %A 潘弋人 %J - %D 2019 %R 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.12.0917 %X 天然橡胶(NR)和顺丁橡胶(BR)并用用于胎侧支撑胶中,研究生胶体系对胎侧支撑胶耐屈挠性能的影响。结果表明:随着NR/BR并用胶中NR用量的增大,胶料的炭黑分散性变差,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率呈增大趋势,弹性降低,压缩疲劳温升增大;增大并用胶中BR的用量可以提高胶料的耐屈挠性能。;Natural rubber(NR) and butadiene rubber(BR) were blended and the blend was used in the sidewall support rubber,the effect of raw rubber system on flexing resistance of sidewall support rubber was studied.The results showed that with the increase of the addition level of NR in NR/BR blend,the carbon black dispersion was decreased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound were increased,the elasticity was decreased,and the compression fatigue temperature was increased.In contrast the flexing resistance of the compound could be improved by increasing the addition level of BR in NR/BR blend %K [天然橡胶 %K 顺丁橡胶 %K 并用胶 %K 胎侧支撑胶 %K 耐屈挠性能 %K 天然橡胶 %K 顺丁橡胶 %K 并用胶 %K 胎侧支撑胶 %K 耐屈挠性能 %K NR %K BR %K blend %K sidewall support rubber %K flexing resistance] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ2018-0531&flag=1
