%0 Journal Article %T TPU/CPE共混物性能研究 %A 姜彩云 %A 曹江勇 %A 王大鹏 %A 辛振祥 %J - %D 2009 %X 研究热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)/氯化聚乙烯(CPE)共混比和补强剂品种及用量对TPU/CPE共混物性能的影响。结果表明,当TPU/CPE共混比为70/30和60/40时,TPU与CPE的相容性较好,共混物综合性能优异;补强剂可改善TPU/CPE共混物的加工性能,随着补强剂用量的增大,共混物邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度和撕裂强度增大,拉断伸长率减小;改性白炭黑对共混物的补强效果优于炭黑N330和N550,其适宜用量为30份左右。;The effects of the TPU/CPE blending ratio,type and addition level of reinforcing agent on the properties of TPU/CPE blend were investigated.The results showed that,when the TPU/CPE blending ratios were 70/30 and 60/40,the compatibility between TPU and CPE was good,the comprehensive properties of the blend were excellent;the processability of TPU/CPE blend was improved by adding reinforcing agent,and as the addition level of reinforcing agent increased,the Shore A hardness,tensile strength and tear strength of the blend increased,the elongation at break decreased;the modified silica possessed better reinforcement effect than carbon black N330 and N550,and the optimum addition level of the modified silica was about 30 phr %K [热塑性聚氨酯 %K 氯化聚乙烯 %K 共混物 %K 补强剂 %K 改性白炭黑 %K 热塑性聚氨酯 %K 氯化聚乙烯 %K 共混物 %K 补强剂 %K 改性白炭黑 %K TPU %K CPE %K blend %K reinforcing agent %K modified silica] %U http://www.rubbertire.cn/gy/xjgy/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=XJ20091002&flag=1
